Please read our terms and conditions, cancellations and pets policy.  Please note upon booking with Nutkin Lodge you automatically agree to these conditions.

Children's Rates

To help parents and carers, we have kept our children's prices at a Low Rate fee of $25 in all seasons.

Standard Fees 2013 - from 1st February

Our minimum charge per night is based on 2 persons (couple or twin share) for a large luxury allergy free home with linen and continental breakfast (1st night).

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex & JCB credit cards.  Plus eftpos and cash on site.  All credit card deposits and payments will incur a fee unless booked via the AAA Tourism site on our bookings page.

These fees are as at 1 July 2012:

Australian Cards
Visa / Mastercard = 3% and
Australian Amex / JCB = 4%

International Cards
All card types = 5%

Additional Guests

Each cottage can sleep up to 8 persons.  Our minimum booking for 8p is 2 or more nights.

Pricing structure for additional guests per night are as follows:

Adults - $40 per person
(ages 16y and over)

Children - $25 per person
(ages 2y to 15y)

Infants - FREE of charge
(0y to 2y & utilising a port-a-cot or similar)

A beautiful, modern, well-appointed cottage with ocean views and lawns front / rear for children’s play and kangaroo / fauna visits.

Kooka's Kabin

A charming, well-appointed cottage, with ocean views surrounded by natural bush for your privacy.

Seasonal Definitions

Special High Season

Minimum charge amount will apply for these periods:

Easter (Good Friday to Easter Monday inclusive)
Minimum stay is 3 nights charged at 6p adult rates + additional guests if applicable.

Christmas week (Dec 24^th to Jan 1^st inclusive)
Minimum stay is 4 nights charged at 6p adult rates + additional guests if applicable.

High Season

Summer Holidays (Mid Dec thru to end Jan excl Christmas week)
Minimum stay is 4 nights.

Public Holidays (Friday to Sunday - inclusive - leading up to public holidays)
Minimum stay is 2 nights.
Excludes midweek public holiday dates.
Excludes Christmas week and Easter.

Selected weekends (Friday and Saturday during school holidays in April only)
Minimum 4 night stays apply during school holidays periods.

Mid Season

Weekends (All Friday and Saturday dates not included above)

School Holidays (All 2^nd and 3^rd term school holiday and selected early December dates)
Minimum stay 4 nights.

Low Season

Week Days (Sunday to Thursday all year excluding dates listed above)
